We recommend thawing the chicken naturally, inside of the refrigerator, and inside of the package, in order to keep the product juicier after preparing it. Our chicken industrialization process involves a strict control, from the slaughter to the freezing, being kept in the specific temperatures and for a specific amount of time, guaranteeing, this way, our products quality. When thawing the chicken, like other meats, the same gets in contact with the air, where there are microorganisms, which can accelerate the contamination/decomposition process, and, as a result, compromise its quality in a new freezing and subsequently thawing process.
